Beatriz is a single mother living in El Morrito, Colombia, where many families face daily challenges related to poverty, unsafe working conditions, and limited access to resources. Despite these pressures, she works to provide for her children and create stability for her family.
Through family support programmes by SOS Children’s Villages, Beatriz took part in workshops focused on preventing violence and strengthening family relationships. She describes learning new ways to support her children’s wellbeing and build a safer home environment.
